Your correspondence may include contact details, vehicle information, the requested service and symptoms. The website code does not store message content.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Preparing a quote at your request and taking steps before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Answering other questions and corresponding with people representing customers: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling enquiries.
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute marketing consent. Separate consent is not required simply to reply to an enquiry.
4. Providing details is voluntary
Contacting us and providing details is voluntary. Vehicle information helps us discuss the work required. Without contact details we cannot reply to your message.
5. Who may receive your data
Correspondence may be accessed by people authorised to handle enquiries, our email and IT service providers and, where necessary, legal advisers and authorities entitled by law. Our mailbox is currently hosted by atthost. Providers acting on our behalf process data as necessary to provide their services. Your email provider handles outgoing mail under its own policies.
The website runs on the workshop owner’s hosting. The hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. No login is required.
6. Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond and resolve the matter. Longer retention is limited to information needed to perform a contract, meet statutory obligations or deal with legal claims, according to the relevant obligation and limitation period. A single period does not apply to all messages regardless of their contents.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the cases provided by the GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
You can lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO); see uodo.gov.pl. We do not use enquiries for solely automated decision-making, including profiling.
8. Google Maps and technical data
The map does not load automatically. You enable it through a separate consent button; declining does not prevent contact or website use. Once enabled, your browser connects to Google and shares technical information including your IP address. Google may use cookies and similar technologies under its own policies. We do not share correspondence with Google.
Consent is the basis for loading the optional map (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it using Disable Google map or by reloading the page. This does not affect earlier processing. Cookies already stored by Google can be removed in your browser settings.
Get directions opens external Google Maps with the workshop address. You share your current location with Google according to your device permissions; our website does not access it.
Google and platform providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe transfer conditions, safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and how to obtain information about them. The relevant links are below.
